So anyway, it got up to 40C at my work today. For some reason I couldn't get the air conditioner to work properly but I did check and it was definitely cooler in the office than it was outside.

At sunset it was 34C in Brisbane city

Well I don't think huntsman spiders are all that dangerous but they're large and they move

yeah I actually looked up the wiki page about them, they're not dangerous.
but I guess they can be pretty creepy.

A few years ago when I was housesitting my aunty's place there was one haunting the bedroom in which I was sleeping. I was cool with that until it found its way to the bedhead. At that point I took all of my shit out of there and slept in another room
