I am so annoyed right now.. I just got a reply from the metal train telling me that I didn't send enough money because the bank fees...not MY bank, but theirs. I was never told that I would have to pay fees to THEIR bank and no way to know how much they will take.

How am I supposed to pay an amount that I don't know? and on top of that every time I make a bank transfer it costs ME 35$ so if they are missing 17 EUR it's going to cost me 35$ to send it and THEN their bank will take some fee and still I will get told I haven't sent enough.

So now I have lost 435$ and still have NO metal train tickets..

Yeah that's what I think too..but I don't speak German, I can't talk to anyone about it and my boyfriend is also upset at me because he doesn't trust money transfers. I can't even get a refund probably..I have no idea. Basically I have no choice.
