Yea, it adds up fast. Especially since the flight doesn't help things, for me either. :p But personally I go on a super-budget so I was in Europe for 6 weeks my first time and didn't even spend 3K, including everything.

Of course that's a lot easier to do when you have friends from a certain forum who let you stay a couple days and show you around. :D:)
