One time I was really tired before a show so my band mates/friends suggested I have a red bull. I then fell asleep on the couch and thought I could get away with playing the show while "resting my eyes". I almost got away with it
I had another one on the way home (it was a long drive) and the only difference it made was my stomach hurt a bit. Then we stopped again for a feed and that made the difference.
