Combine that with general frustration over the management for not adequately responding to requests for help (some things need supervisor attention that we can't do ourselves), including requests for $1 bills that went unanswered for two hours so I had to give people lots of quarters. I hate the new management - they shifted most of the management to a different shift and this batch is awful. We were busy before, but it's been worse every day since they took over because we're so horribly understaffed. Plus when I take a look at who's on the schedule for the coming days, nearly every day has people written into the schedule because the new scheduling manager is a complete moron. Some of the most critical shifts were left unfilled. If my department manager (who wasn't switched and is a cool manager) hadn't filled in those spots, it would have been nothing short of a disaster. Plus the scheduling manager is several days late at posting an upcoming week's schedule that I need to know ASAP. Gna.
