Well my whole trip to Germany which is Wacken + few days. I'm not gonna go to bar or anything like that after Wacken so I don't really know if I need any or not

if I were you I'd take it just in case...if you don't need to wear make up you just leave it in your bag...it doesn't occupy so much space does it? so it shouldn't make any difference
