Fill em with water and leave em for a night. Empty them in the morning. Wear thick socks and just walk. It will make the leather a bit softer and easier to shape to your foot. If you don't want to do that... good luck

Well, if you get the same amount of rain we had last weekend, they'll he wet anyways, not to mention filthy! But then they're shaped!
