I think it's normal to see things differently when it is about something you know well. I can never watch track and field like normal people. I keep checking if infield clock shows correct time, what kind of cameras etc they have...

Peel and cut potatoes, put them in the oven with some cream and blue cheese (can leave blue cheese off if you want or replace it with some carlig). Let them cook there about 1,5 hours.
