Or it's the equivalent of breaking a special, hand-made gift from someone important that you can't really fix yourself. And you can't throw it away because you care too much. But it's there reminding you that it's broken.
I do the same cos I don't want to clog everyone's newsfeed every time I get hungry/happy/angry/etc. Also I have relatives on my facebook so I keep everything G rated
