We've got about a thousand DSL line for IBM workers, so they can work at home.
Most of them really have no clue about how things work when the give us a call.

yeah, of course IBM isn't all computer stuff, they also have a financial department and stuff like that.
But I work within a building of IBM, so I see both kinds too
