That's true, you're one hour ahead.
I reckon you do the daylight savings (summertime) next weekend too?
Yes. I think whole Europe does it at the same time.
They should stop this nonsense. What's the use of daylight savings? You DON'T save daylight. If I have to get up at 6.30, I still have to get up at 6.30 summertime, even if it's dark. Therefore I need to make light, so I'm using more energy instead of less energy, which was the intention of daylight savings. This is all a prank of the power companies, so we pay more $$/€€ to them. (and I even work for one, yet I stand by my point of view)
I don't really care too much but some people hate it and some love it![]()
I hate it. I'm a bit over sensetive about it. I loose an hour, and I'll notice it the next coming week.
And.. it takes a week to be on track again.
One says: per hour jetlag, you need one week.
So next summer I will spend a week in Germany and when I get back home I need another week to recover?![]()
Not necessarily.Depends on if you're sensitive to that sort of thing. I've travelled through time zones plenty of time (Alabama, the state next to me, is already a new one) and it never bothered me. Neither did going across two (or was it three?) time zones. Neither did going to Europe, which is six.
But I'm weird like that.
For most people, I imagine one time zone isn't noticeable.

I'm rather sensitive for time zones. I 'broke down' when I arrived in New York (6hrs), and ok, I was awake for 24hrs non stop. (got up at 5.30ham, arrived at 12.00am next day, all local times, so... about 6am our time)
But I don't know how sensitive you are.
You're crazy!![]()

I'm just to messing up my sleeping schedule so I guess I'm not that sensitive. And My sleeping schedule isn't really that normal atm either![]()
Sounds like you're more like me.![]()
