Did half of it or something, the rest needs to be a bit soaked before I can do them. I might just stop for a hot shower to relax my muscles.
Those back exercises will do you good! :)
Yea, but they're pretty much all shoulders/upper back. I have the pain in my small(?) of the back. Plus my physio therapist said I needed to focus on training my stomach against the pain because I have a hollow-back.

Maybe I should do that too, but to go to a gym in Brussels, that's a bit exaggerated. (since that's about the closest for the Dutch speaking part of Belgium)

So... either I find a gym with a bilingual trainer, or I don't do anything at all.

Oh rubbish! It's not like they'll be giving a science lecture :p

"Keep your back straight"
"Keep it above 100"
"Four more to go"
"Good work, keep it up, that's it!"

Easy :D

pretty true. Plus like I said, over here just gotta see the trainer once, then you go all by yourself whenever you want, whatever you wanna do.
That is true and it goes for all skeletal muscles. Did he show you something like a seated row?
Yea, we did that.

I'm pretty sure that for the most of it, I'll rather go there to do some cardio. It should keep me fit for the time being. Maybe I'll do the exercises the trainer showed me once a week

And when I have worked up some stamina, I might just try and see some courses. They even have a back training course there. I just don't wanna go there when I know I will collaps at other people's speed within two minutes

It's so odd how people have their quirks... my male room mate has the hair dryer switched on 4 times a day for at least an hour or something. He's not drying his hair, we know that much...
My female room mate is quite the silent type mostly studying all day. But about 3 times a day she'll have someone call and then she talks to them on the phone for hours and hours with a really loud voice.
