It isn't, but has another grammer. (no conjugaison e.g., thus "ek is, jy is, hy is, where Dutch: Ik ben, jij bent, hij is) and some anglosisms, which is logical in a bilingual country. But we could understand each other.

1 day per 2 weeks. In BE the first (calender) year must be worked first, in order to get days off. (except for special reasons, such as father's leave, leave for medical reasons etc.)
