Charleroi has a certain 'name', and doesn't seem to get rid of it. However, the city itself is doing its best to polish its image to the outside world.

And it's the biggest city of the Walloon region in Belgium.

Boy I am diggin' this CD I bought for myself today (The Devin Townsend Band - Synchestra). It's a second-hand CD but it's as though someone took it home, listened to it once, then one day realised they needed money and traded it in.
