I looked up the company on the website and turns out there were also preparation and cooking suggestions on the back of the label on the meat...Anyway it's now sitting in olive oil, garlic, fresh rosemary and cracked black pepper waiting for tomorrow night. The bad news is my hands still smell like kangaroo just a little bit even after I washed them. Could be worse.
