I just bought some kangaroo steaks for a barbecue and I have no idea how to prepare it (actually I have no idea how to operate a barbecue, but the way I was brought up - it's a man's job ). The last time I supposedly had kangaroo I felt ripped off 'cos it tasted exactly like beef and not gamey at all. I'm thinking I might just marinate it just in case. Any ideas on what to marinate my steaks in?
