Happens a lot here as well. Like modifying test results or giving higher base marks then what they tell the inspection (the lowest mark here is a 1 but some schools secretly use systems that start counting from 4 to prevent students giving them a bad reputation.
I imagine it happens anywhere where test scores influence the school's funding, or accreditation, or anything like that.
Actually for funding they just create extra students. They still count students that long left the school or they make up students that never excisted in the first place.

Yeah but they get money from the goverment for each student they have attending the school. During some investigations a lot of schools, even universities, were found having non-excisting students.
Sounds like they need to crack down a bit more on that.
Yeah, or talk with schools about why these practices are needed in the first place.
