I get complaints on the other end of the spectrum. No matter how hot it gets, I'm in pants (I hate shorts) and usually I wear black or otherwise dark clothes. It got really funny in marching band sometimes - everyone was wearing the least amount of clothing possible (while being decent obviously) and they'd come up to me like, "aren't you burning up?" Even when we were in like the upper 30s and possibly the 40s sometimes. :D

And on black pavement, bright sun, and often humidity... when we're all tired from either marching or moving equipment around... you don't get conditions much worse than that.

well, I bet conditions on the sun are a bit worse...
or did you just mean here on earth? :D

Nah. 40C is way worse than the sun. :o:p

That much rain caused 100% humidity. Imagine what it's like if you could slide down the hallway without wearing socks, or having to wipe the mirror just so you can see your reflection.

Heat doesn't bother me at all. Give me a dry 35 surrounded by concrete over a humid 25 any day.

We get pretty bad humidity here too so I know what you mean.

The way I see it: heat > humidity > bright sun. :o
