Woo it's the weekend

First shitty day in a little while. So sleepy, drinking more coffee didn't work, 13 typing jobs in the queue and endless paperwork. Nearing the end of my typing work which is hard enough when the doctor involved has a reasonably hard accent, I hear one of the patients chucking a tantrum, so I shut the door to the hallway...then the shouting migrates to the courtyard which...surprise surprise, is right outside my office. I felt like throwing a shoe at the window or something to make them shut the fuck up.
