They had an election on June 13 2010. After that they've been talking to form one, but so far, without success. (of course, when a nationalist party is involved.... )

Now they've RESTARTED negociating again, without that nationalist party. (N-VA = Nieuw-Vlaamse Alliantie ~ New Flamish Alliance = New Flammingant Alliance )
