I worked (as a volonteer) for EKKO (Utrecht) and there was a veggie restaurant there as well. I had the occasion to create my own food there and made it as well. (OK, 10+ years ago)
So I know veggie food can be good!
But one disadvantage of veggie food: most replace meat with cheese eek: ) and I don't like that.
