back from lunch
shit i had a @#$@$£# call in which was pretty clear that was not something that i could handle (im a first level support) and second level just told me "seas of shits" and made me just lose time

it was something to be escalated to engineers but i had to handle it

and at the end i had reason, so i contacted them again and they had to take the call

It happens to the best of us, worse for some. I had a 20 minute argument with a guy in my class a few months ago trying to explain that Amsterdam is NOT a country. That wasn't a coffee error though.
