my first train had something like an engine failure and stopped (completely) at the stop i needed luckily (with 20 minutes delay)
then the second train: there was one at 8.06 cancelled, then another one at 8.21 and it had 10 minutes delay.. but the best is yet to come
some romanians stole fiera di roma's station copper cables (the ones to make the train move) and so my train (but all trains in the same direction) left us the stop before fiera di roma (i should go to parco leonardo which is after fiera di roma)
they said we would have a replacement-bus but there were bus for fiera di roma, bus for airport but no bus at all for parco leonardo
so i stayed an hour in ponte galera (the stop before fiera di roma) until they fixed the cables replacing them.. and here i am
i dont know if i have been clear enough

Nothing new. Cancelled trains happen all the time.
But especially when I go back HOME!

yeah in Holland trains usually don't get canceled.. but they do run late pretty often.

yeah that's true.. though the dutch railways have there "moments" were they screw up big time.
yeah, when there are 2 snowflakes coming out of the sky
but then again, when there are 2 snowflakes coming out of the sky, the KNMI (dutch weather institute) gives off a weather alarm

I must say, I haven't had a lot of trouble with the NS when I needed to go to Arnhem everyday
the Connexxion train is way worse.
That one comes in at 07:10, has to depart at 07:15 and they say at 07:20:"ow wait, this train is not going! Want to go to Ede-Wageningen? (the stop you need for Arnhem) you will need to wait half an hour...
