When a tune gets stuck in one's head, it's said to be brought on by "earworms" which causes it to get stuck in one's head. It is more common in women, musicians and people who are tired/stressed and can be anything from a recollection from a song or a song that was heard recently.

well yea, but doesn't explain the randomness of that one song :p happens other times too

My sister plays that a lot. I kind of backed off and played my real guitar more.

Did you hear that Aerosmith is having a contest with guitar hero and will have the winner of the contest open for them by playing guitar hero?

lol wtf, that's ridiculous
like to me personally, it's a fun game... but people tend to compare it with real guitar which is just annoying to me. the only similarity really is the shape of the controller... otherwise you're just hitting buttons to music. still cool to pretend you're actually playing the song, just as long as you realize you're really not even close...

I remember once during band practice at my house, my siblings were playing the game while we were setting up or something... and our guitarist decided he wanted to play one of the songs on it because he could play it on real guitar... and he failed horribly :o:D

Yea. People do take it overboard and such. Sadly, a lot of decent bands are likely to end up added to the next version. We all know what happens to the popularity of that band if they get on guitar hero. *looks at Dragonforce*
