yes because they were the ex-wife and the 17 years old daughter of the owner who was selling the house

the issue was that they could stay in the house until the girl had 18 years old without paying anything to me.

then they could also ask to a judge to leave the house after all the girl's study completed.. so at least 5 more years..

so i could get in, in my house in 6 years, paying for it and receiving nothing

this is why the house costed not so much

well it's about a metal festival, isn't it?
I did a presentation on Wacken for a German culture day thingy... completely out of place and I have no real metalheads in my class... but it was great

in NL you need to do a course to refresh your knowledge every 2 years. And since I was in the airforce last year, I did not take the course, since we would be getting that same stuff there as well (never got that far though)
