Like that you're obviously not being "cool" about stuff and your sister might know that and therefore behave this way because she knows otherwise she might not have fun at all...

I know her well enough to assume that she was intentionally abusing my parents' being away... could be wrong though, I know that...
I mean sure, I can give her a break and let her stay out late... I don't mind that... but the problem is that she wouldn't be considerate enough to just tell me in the first place... she knows I probably wouldn't say no

I would talk to her... but you know what... she wouldn't tell me anyway, she's never been one to tell anyone in our family about feelings or anything... she just ignores everyone until they leave her alone about it... we even have a name for it, called 'the Celeste guessing game' because she never tells us a thing...
