yeah it could be, but if we talk about a window in which you've just to type in, what i tell you to type in, i cant understand how could it be difficult anyway

but in this case, cst was surely over 60 and probably over 70, so it can be an excuse

for me, it depends on people, if im talking with a kind person, i can troubleshoot even for 2 hours

but if unluckily i've to talk to one of those people, who just wants to insult, at the first possibility i refer him to 3rd party or somewhere else

ah I don't do that... I just let them talk on and on.
and in the end I tell them how things are going to work if they don't agree on it it's their bad.
I won't change anything for people that insult.
I might do it for people who are very patient...
