Instead of saying "Das ist bescheuert!" (if you don't believe sth or think sth is bullshit) just say "Das ist vollkommener Schnickschnack!"...or "Ach, Schnickschnack!"

It's always easier to know a language from a person who speaks YOUR native language! He/She knows the composition of the phrases in YOUR terms/words! (e.g. I don't know all English terms for direct/indirect compliment etc.)
