I when i hear about countries that get like 5 inches of snow and completely shut down , I smile and think of Watertown New York.... They get lake effect snow up to 6 feet sometimes.

Watertown, NY -- The lake effect was out in force last night as Watertown was buried with about a foot to a foot and a half of snow overnight.

People throughout that area spent their Sunday mornings digging out.
