aw, poor you... though you can believe me, not working at all sucks even more. I never want to be unemployed again in my life. Now I am going to start an internship for two weeks at monday

yea, it's like the first time in weeks for me that I managed to sleep at night and wake up in the morning... lately I always fell asleep in the afternoon and then I was of course awake all night. That really screwed up my rhythm and make me feel outbursting shitty

I can sure understand that. I hope that you will be able to keep the good sleep hours going, it really helps your day and your mood. I know that John is having sleep problems as well. I sure hope that he can some relief from that.

Oh I agree totally, I am very grateful to have this job. I just hope it will last in this shitty economy. So far things are bad so I hope they improve soon. We'll see what Obama can do.

maybe that's also an option for you if you're having sleeping issues. High blood pressure can be a reason for bad sleep without any other symptoms

well that only happened to me recently I wasn't always like that... not at all actually But by now I like having everything in order and sorted out and mostly I want to make sure my mum feels good when she comes home and doesn't have to shove the door open into a pile of trash
