Me too, well I have been already, but I will go at it even harder. I also plan to get serious about my diet/food/eating habits.

well if I get in the plain right after work we can work out friday night/saturday morning... and then I'll have to go back home again...

and I guess two time 24 hours of doing nothing kind of gets even with a couple of hours of sports

I used to exercise, but after I stopped at the air force it got less, and after a special monthly card I quit in total because I could not do half my schedule because of my leg



but my leg is getting better (a bit)
