Hmm that is hard to explain. Based off of the guy from Pinneberg and the girl from Hamburg it is like....thin, and you can hear it the most when they say "r" or "s" or "l"...I really don't know how to explain it =/

It depends on how good their english is in the first place though. When people get good at english it becomes easier to distinguish where they're from, but if they're just learning it could be anywhere. Except for Bayers you can always pick them out

^^ I remember when I saw Die Hard in English. I was like... damn, they could have taken German people to say the German sentences or at least translate it correctly (they are talking nonsense ). And then you saw one terrorist walking around, talking English and I was like: Damn, that guy is finally German! Finally someone who's English you can understand I think we just talk pretty clearly
