yup, je mag nu in Nederland nergens meer roken waar mensen werken.
Er zijn wel (voornamelijk) kroegen die een speciale rokers ruimte hebben, maar daar komt geen personeel behalve in noodsituaties.
En sommige café's hebben een soort van rokerspotje, als je wil roken moet je geld inleggen voor het geval van een boete

yeah, that depends on what you want (as in luxury) and how long in advance you book
