because you get the dumbest people ever on the phone, thinking they know everything
or people who fucked everything up, and I have to fix it over the phone

this one guy wanted to reïnstall his adsl modem, but could not
so I checked his account, he has dial-up internet

and there are about 3000 people locked atm, coz they did not pay, and a lot of them are to stupid (if they open an internet page, they get a message that the connection is locked because they have to pay) and think it is a technical problem
