we got luck, downgraded the internet access, but we have still 16MBit down und 1MBit up for a third of the price youtube in uploading is ... hm...

in germany is 1MBit DSL much cheaper than ISDN or via POTS/modem, don't know how it is in the netherlands. But upload is at every speed a bottle neck
except SDSL, but thats very expensive and only thought for business usage
