i drink maybe three bottles worth of water a day, plus a gatorade

on a normal day..
for water i have minimum 4 litres.. ( 1 gallon) most days is 6 -8litres

maybe 1-2 coffees
maybe a diet coke

gotta stay hydrated..

especially here, cause its so fucking hot, and sweat a ton
