ooooh yeah, it will be fun. i guess since my dad messed up on my income tax this year and wont be receiving my rebate as well, i can see if he couldnt lend me 600 bucks that i would be out..... but then again, i would feel really bad about it though

It's a joke. The guy is yelling at the girl in a Bavarian dialect. She doesn't understand...then the other chick comes in and informs him that she doesn't speak any Bavarian. The best part is the PSA at the end. "Over 70 million in Germany can't speak Bavarian. Wir helfen = we can help"
As to what they are actually saying...i haven't the faintest.
