I'm just happy I found my ways without really serious injuries or loosing any real friends

also I'm glad I can still enjoy having beer and the occasional small whisky without having to worry about getting super drunk fucked up ending up in a pile on the floor ouking

don't know much about it
drinking not allowed then?

on the other hand, I know plenty of Muslims that still drink

guess you make your religion into what you want ;)

but hell, if you don't want to drink, then don't!

I'm sad to say though, you'll probably have to defend it many many times over the years :(

At least here poepl just won't accept "I donät want to" they want a "better" reason

some people I know lie and say "I'm pregnant" or "I'm drivining" instead of saying "I don't want to"

actually "I'm a sober alcoholic" works too ;)

yea we believe in not drinking/smoking/doing any drugs [besides like medication, etc]
but it's still completely up to us if we want to or not, we still have the choice... the church isn't going to do anything.
and personally, i like being in control of what i'm doing, and knowing how i got where i was the next morning :p and i can do pretty crazy stuff without being drunk :D
so it's an easy choice for me. and you're right, i'm definately going to have to defend it multiple times throughout my life.
[rant over :p]
