the way I see it it's bette rto keep the nuclear power for now and really invest in better power sources, at the same time as to teach people how to use less energy

then shut the nuclear plants down when we're ready

just something like:

always unplug your cell phone chager when you're done
always disconnect cables to appliances you're not using a while
turn the light off when you leave the room
start using "enrgy light bulbs" instead of regular
turn the heat down inseide for 1 or 2 degrees

it does a lot in the long run
