Its not good to eliminate certain food groups, Because when you go back on them you are more likely to gain..
WHat you can do If you are worried about the sugar content from milk, Is get pure cream, and dilute it with water.. It has none of the lactose sugars in it![]()

Ahhh good deal. I work a set number of hours each week at an hourly rate. Then there's overtime on top of that (when the manager feels it's needed) OT is paid at 1.5x my regular rate.
Actualy, I was concerned about too much calcium, for me that's a problem, that's why I eliminated milk. Fat wise i buy very low fat milk.
A bowl of cereal, water or orange juice and a banana. Or to be honest, i often skipped breakfast altogether
