Holy shit man! I ate too much heavy shit last week. getting back on track as of tonight. But this fucking cold pisses me off. No workout today or tomorrow. :(

Yeah, we finished the pipe boat about 6 hours earlier than scheduled, so the cheif gave us some cartons of beer from the ship :D

Not yet man, but I have added milk to my diet. I had completely eliminated it.

Its not good to eliminate certain food groups, Because when you go back on them you are more likely to gain..

WHat you can do If you are worried about the sugar content from milk, Is get pure cream, and dilute it with water.. It has none of the lactose sugars in it :D

Actualy, I was concerned about too much calcium, for me that's a problem, that's why I eliminated milk. Fat wise i buy very low fat milk.

im fucking ravenous when i wake up !

but i got my metabolism screaming for food every 3-4 hours :D
