He's a joker, but that's alright for him. He's already glad he has a job.

This is funny too, He was in Germany, to perform. But as a Dutchman, he doesn't "überhaupt" speak ...er one word German. (rough to translate)

He wanted to play a suite of Edward Krieg, and in his innocence he asked the Germans:"Wollt ihr ein kleines Stückchen, oder den totalen Krieg? (=Do you want a little peace, or you want the whole Krieg (in German: Krieg = war))

Like I said, it's rough to translate such jokes, just listen to it.
