I've a friend(she) that work as nurse, once she gave a bath on a beggars, those very dirty(almost with skin layer protection, I forgot the name for this), when he was clean, he catch some cold, he died one day after the bath, reason: pneumonia

this happened on her second month as nurse...
it took some time to she get over it
