how does one who is not used to traveling overseas protect himself against viruses and whatnot???? somebody told me to eat or even drink plain yogurt, and a bunch of it a month before the trip because it will stay in the system and help fight off bad stuff. but i dont know though, sounds kind of fishy to me. i like yogurt, but to much of it will make me sick. not as sick as last night, but sick enough to be pooping non stop. and i would hate to miss the show because i was on the crapper all night. so anybody else got any suggestions????

A problem with the server. They had to pull a hard copy and the last one was of Jan 19!
