German homework! (help!)

German or Swiss... our students are usually studying with German books, Italian sometimes with Swiss ones. Had already to work with both... anyway, there are still two verbs I still don't know: 'dingen' and 'zeihen' (not ziehen, it's really zeihen'). Found last term in a German book... what the heck?? :D

hell, Swiss!!?!?! Now thats really an own language, while Austrian is still rather a dialect for me ;)

But actually I also can´t tell you what dingen or zeihen means... anyone else?! :D
might have to ask my dictionary about them :o

my dictionary says:

zeihen = klagen, verklagen, anzeigen, beschuldigen, anklagen, verdächtigen, something like that

dingen= verpflichten, einstellen, engagieren, beschäftigen, or something like that

I´d say: Thats something for the "you learn something new every day-thread!" :D
