I guess, with the exception of the accumulation, it's pretty much the same story here. Occasionally I get asked to do work outside of normal hours (eg. weekends), and get paid overtime for it, but that's rare - happened like 3 or 4 times in total. -

Quite the keen observation - actually, sometimes I worry that metal might be running out of creative steam. But then bands like Ne Obliviscaris show up and make me feel foolish. Anyone else feel like that? -

Well, you can't deny that the genres are useful, at least for conveying a general idea of what the band might sound like. If I describe a band as a "progressive black metal band", it would give more of an idea to the other person than if I just said "metal band". This could make it more (or...
