I think you should calm down! Halford was booked and confirmed for several other festivals around august, not only Wacken! But it seems like Halford now prefers to play some gigs in the US at that time!

Halford is booked and confirmed, so Wacken-managment HAS papers. But when he's not willing to come, there's no way to make him play.

Wacken was lying? Well I didn't see or hear anything about it. And I personally don't think that Holger or Ingo will lie straight into our faces, I would be good if one of them would give a statement here....
Anyway, could somebody tell me the whole story? I was reading all posts here, but I don't get the clue really (you can write me a PM too - I think that's better now).

I cant think of any good reason why our good organisers would tell us Halford was confirmed, only to take it down only 2 weeks or so later, unless they believed halford had confimed.

What if Aaron in My Dying Bride falls when he get's off stage just before Wacken and can't come to play because he's neck is broken? Would that mean that Ingo + Holger lied?
I got a feeling that Megaman is a poor swede that's not allowed to go to Wacken 'cause his parents are refusing him, or maybe he's grounded for all summer?? Grow up. If you don't have anything good or informative to say, then shut up.
