Question about parking

Due to some unforseen setbacks i will only be able to arrive in Wacken thursdaynight, friday, or maybe even fridaynight. My friends will already be there and they will put up my tent and stuff for me.

I have no hope of being able to park my car anywhere near them (if at all) at the camping site by then. And as my car is kinda shiny and new (cost me an arm and a leg) I actually prefer to park it outside of the camping anyway.

On the Wacken site they mention 'parking space for a day':

Someone knows if it will be possible to just park there friday-sunday? Are there any other parking opportunities outside of the camping?

Parking for one day implies for one day. I don't know actually, but I reckon you can't park there and go camping.

But why not park next to your tent? A place will be appointed to you, park there, and you can camp next to it, and have an overview of your car while you're there. (when not not of course, but that's the same with that one day park)

Well, because my friends will arrive there days before me and put up a tent for me. They tell me that when i will arrive it will probably be so crowded that i won't be able to reach it by car, or park anywhere near them, anymore.

some english guys I know parked there car in itzehoe and just took the shutlebus.
that might be an option right? there's a big parking lot about a hundred meters away from the shuttlebus/station.

Yeah that's an option for sure I'm still wondering about the 1-day parking too, i guess it's a bit nearer to the festival itself?
