I suppose that Monday won't be an option, as everyone is travelling that day to Wacken, and we all know we won't arrive at the same time.

Since the Belgian national holiday is over, here are the results of the poll.
A vast majority of us is in favour of Tuesday.

Well, after discussion, the INTERNATIONAL FORUM MEETING will take place on TUESDAY, August 1st, at the WASTELAND side, near the FOOD COURT, near the "WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE" stage (or whatever that is).
Time will be around 2:00-2:30pm or 14:00-14:30.
I do not know if you can bring your own booze though. So keep that in mind! (or bring a Wacken cup with beer etc with you)
