Hm, it appears to be called Wacken Rocks Brazil.

Didn't find anything on the website, but there are Wacken Rocks Name Of Town concerts here in Germany (in addition to the main festival), so it could be true. But I can't do much more than look at the pictures in the news item, my Portoguese is as good as your German
