True, but everyone knows that handicapped people have difficulties finding a (decent) job, so they'll end up in those "closed" factories or in those circles.

it's discrimination not to employ someone because of being handicapped. You could have sued those guys

Handicap only applies to some industries, but if you fall in that category, and then they dont allow you to work, simply due to your handicap, then that is the cause for discrimination

but you would have a hard time in court

it is. But I spoke from a law point of view. Also it is that Quark can maybe do certain jobs at least as well as others and is still discriminated because of something that won't handicap him with the right equipment. That's no getting the best person anymore. It's just ignorant
